Whilst it may be our building, this is your home, and we respect that!

The Caalcare team work across three buildings on Seafield Road in Dundee. ‘The Main House’ as we call it, Number 57, is a 3 story house built in 1890 with a single story annex added within grounds in 1987. There is an annexed outbuilding to the right of the property, and a small summer house to the left of the property with a side car park area accessible through a private locked driveway. The main house is of traditional build common to the area with a slate roof and the annex is of timber construction containing 8 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The main building basement contains a management lounge, extra bedroom, shared kitchen and staff WC. On the ground level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 lounge/dining areas, general office and a bathroom. On the second level there is 6 bedrooms inclusive of the staff sleepover room, and 1 bathroom. The annex building consists of 8 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 WC.

Across the road, Number 76, is a traditional 3 story terraced house common to the area, this adjoins to our sister property Number 78. These properties both have slate roofs and consist of both a front and back exit via the kitchen area. These properties both accommodate 5 residents, with 5 bedrooms. All properties are registered as House of Multiple Occupants (HMO) properties with Dundee City Council and comply with the requirements under these regulations.

All of our properties are immaculately maintained and freshly decorated. Rose Lodge has a large grassed garden, perfect for summer BBQs and parties.
